<b>The Day after......

Well, it was an excellent HALLOWEEN. I carved 55 pumpkins, delivered 12 of them, saved the rest for me. The yard was ablaze with pumpkin, faces twinkling, evil grins, what more can a girl ask for! And yes, the spells and blessings that went out at the beginning of Samhain went just fine. All in all, one of the best Halloweens ever. Oh, and the anniversary was wonderful too, Dylan.

Did I mention that there are 364 days until Halloween?

Okay, off of Halloween, for the moment. Work is going really well. I have a new project and I am enjoying it...kinda. Apparently "grunter" really messed up and so they removed her responsiblities, she looks like a giant ass, and have given them to me. Now, in my book, if you screwed up as often and as horribly as "grunter" does, you should be fired. Apparently not here.

Good day.......

Okay, tomorrow is IT! THE DAY!!! I drove like a crazy woman home from work tonight so that I could start the carving of the pumpkins and the power is off!!! SOOOOO, it finally comes on an hour later, and by then, I am already involved in doing other stuff! Hell! Looks like tomorrow will be crazy day of cleaning, carving, and delivering!!!! Oh well, it is all worth it! Did I mention that tomorrow is HALLOWEEN!!!

Work was good today. Had average amount of calls, nobody was irritating, it was gray and rainy all day....a perfect day other than not being home wrapped up in a blanket on the couch watching tv. THAT would have been perfect. But, since tomorrow is HALLOWEEN, I can't complain too much! After tomorrow, things should get pretty much back to normal for me, other than starting to fret about Christmas......the holiday that I hate!

Did I mention tomorrow is Halloween?

Happy....

The day is a good one. I came into work and everybody is in a PISSY mood...but me! And then my supervisor asked me if I would take on another project, I asked her if I had a real option or if she was just asking to be nice, she said that there were no other options, so I told her not to waste my time by asking me and just tell me what it was she needed! That threw her off guard and now she is kissing my ass! How funny! I finally found the Achille's Tendon! WOOOOHOOOO!

Did I tell you that there are only 2 more days until Halloween??

It sounds like everybody had a wonderful time at the Halloween party...including the Poors who hosted it. I am so glad that everybody made it home, but I think there are a couple of folks that won't be drinking for awhile! THANK THE GODS!!!!

So-so......

Well, Michelle and Jeremy hosted the party of all PARTYS! It was a rousing success and we had a little bit of everything happening. Michelle and Jer turned out in the most adorable costumes...vampire and vampire hunter in that order. Toni was Osama Pinata and Rob...well, Rob went AS Jeremy! Blond hair and all. Danny and Matt came as Eyore and Piglet, Connie as the Black Angel and Grace as a deranged tricker or treater...I think. Brian was the best Wolverine I have ever seen and Shelly was a gothic vampire Shelly or something like that. There was plenty of drinking...and the stories that will be told and retold about the drinking will last a life time...I am sure. I stayed sober, just because I hadn't felt good all weekend and thought adding liquor to an already worn system would not have been smart, and I am so glad I did since we had one drunk passing out on the lawn and throwing up( touch of alcohol poisoning ), one drunk picking fights with anybody who would listen, and two drunks deciding that they needed to most in the front room of a house that so much love, time, and money was spent decorating! SOOOOOOO, it was my turn to play babysitter, nursemaid, mother. All in all, being on the "other side of the fence" for a change was actually refreshing. I didn't realize staying sober with so many people drinking would have been that entertaining!!!!!!

Oh, and I know I haven't been around either my Jeffy or my Skattie, but I think you both gave me your cold!
