Dear Diary Tuesday...
Well, it's back. My insomnia has reared it's ugly head once again and I am getting absolutely no REM sleep at this time. I am getting up almost every hour on the hour. I am a menace on the road because I am fighting off sleep driving in to work and driving home. I even tried to go to bed early last night and still woke up every single hour. I was considering calling into work today, but thought I had better just suck it up and come in. Yeah, it's a good time right now, but what do ya do??
Last night consisted of me doing very little. I stopped by my folks house and chatted with them and then I thought I better head home because I was tired and not really good company. Dylan made dinner and we watched the rest of "Fracture" and then we tried to sleep. Well, I tried and Dylan succeeded.
Tonight will probably be more of the same. I am going to go home and relax, Dylan goes into work early tonight, so I will try and relax and maybe get a little REM....but we will see what happens. I think if I don't succeed in getting a little sleep tonight, I will call into work tomorrow.
Oh, the bad voices....

Dear Diary Monday...
Dylan's Dad was in a horrible car accident Thursday night....thankfully with no injuries. He was heading westbound on 3500 South and a double trailor that was loaded improperly and with too much weight, rounded the corner off of 8400 west, running a red light, and lost its last trailor, dumping the load and the trailer right onto 3500 south. One piece of the cargo came spilling off and crashed into Dylan's Dad's vehicle. Thankfully, Dylan's Dad heard the accident and had begun to move enough that he was only hit by the load....if he hadn't moved the entire trailor would have been on his vehicle. So I spent Thursday night trying to locate him because Dylan was at work and Dylan's Mom was at work and couldn't get there as quickly as I could.
Friday, we had Spooky at the vet again, and he has Feline Flu. After another set of x-rays, we finally got him some anti-nausea and by Saturday morning, he was screaming at us for food and we could not fill him up! It is nice to have him back to normal. We had to leave him at the vet most of Friday, but it was worth it to make sure he was okay.
Saturday we got some shopping done because we have not been grocery shopping in weeks! We then rented a couple of movies and are about 2/3 of the way through the first one.
Sunday I had to take my folks shopping and then we had dinner with Dylan's folks....which was an experience unto itself that I won't be going in to. We then got home and I tried to sleep and could not manage to get to sleep until almost 3:00 am this morning. So, I am dragging ass this morning and looking forward to going home!
