Dear Diary Tuesday...

I got up today and just had no desire to go into work, but here I am. I have a headache, my throat feels scratchy, my nose won't stop running, and I have the chills. Yes, I know I am probably coming down with something again but I am fighting it. I am so tired of being sick and I know it is due to my work place! Everybody here is sick, coughing, sneezing, puking and we just keep passing it back to each other.

Last night was a very productive evening. Dylan and I got all of our Christmas put away, we both went to the gym, and then I did some little things around the house that needed to be done while Dylan went to gas up my vehicle and take the movies back. Then we cuddled in bed and talked for a while, then I read, then I passed out only to sleep a very unrestful, fitful sleep. I am not sure what the deal was, but I woke up feeling like I had not slept even 10 minutes.

Tonight is going to be another night at the gym and then I plan on going to bed very, very early. I think I can have one night this week where I do nothing and I have decided that tonight is the night. I will eat, I will bathe, and then I will pass out.

Send some energy to me...I don't want to be sick again.....

Dear Diary Sunday....

Happy New Year's to everyone!

Yeah, it is a few days later, but it is the thought that counts, right????

The weekend was awesome. Friday our work as closed, so Dylan and I spent the day shopping. We hit Park City, a couple of malls, and just generally did a bunch of running around. We then had our New Year's dinner at Red Lobster, came home and collapsed the rest of the night from too much food. We were so full and tired that we did not even stay up to see the New Year....yes, we are now officially old.

Saturday Dylan and I went to see "The Darkness" which is absolutely one of the most boring films I have ever seen with no scary parts. We then went to dinner at the Lonestar, did some grocery shopping, and came home and watched a movie and relaxed.

Today I am doing shopping with the folks and then relaxing again. It has been such an incredibly happy weekend and the only downside to the entire weekend is that my parents have my cold, only worse of course. I have been taking good care of them and I hope it will be out of their system by tomorrow.

Speaking of tomorrow, back on my Weight Watchers and working out routine. I did wonderful this last year which tells me that I am only going to do better in 2005. I am excited about getting back to the gym and eating right. Putting healthy foods in your body really does make a huge difference on your outlook on life AND your energy level....ask Dylan. When I am eating healthy, I have more energy than I know what to do with, which is how I like it!!

Hope you all have a wonderful and fun-filled Sunday!
