Dear Diary Tuesday....

It was a great birthday weekend for my hubby, Dylan! I was off work early on Friday and he and I went and got our Mom's Day gifts and then we did yardwork. It was hot, I managed to get another sunburn and a bad headache, but we got my yard and my folks yard all finished. Saturday I got up and finished a bit more yardwork for my Dad and then Dylan and I went to dinner and started his "birthday weekend" with going to the Gateway to shop and hang out. Sunday we took his Mom out to breakfast, did some more shopping for his birthday for clothes, went to my Mom's for a little while, then took my Mom out to dinner, and then headed to Saltaire for a concert....which was wonderful other than I know I am truly old because I couldn't stand the screeching of the guitar for more than a few hours. We got home and managed to get to sleep at around 2:00 am Monday morning. After a few hours of sleep, we got up to head to the dentist, and took my Dad. I then had to take my Mom shopping and Dylan did a few things around the house to relax. We had dinner, and yesterday was a bit stressful for me, so I had two beers. I HONESTLY have never slept as soon as I did last night!! It was GREAT!!!

What a wonderful weekend! Dylan had just a wonderful time having his birthday for two full days, shopping, getting a bunch of things that he wanted, and seeing a concert. Here is hoping and wishing that he and I have many, many more of wonderful Dylan birthdays for many years to come!!!
