Dear Diary Sunday...

It was a wonderful weekend, and just the perfect weekend to kick off my Autumn. Friday I went to the Utah State Fair with Dylan, Toni, Rob, Chet, and Shane and to say that I had phenomenaly good time would be a huge understatement!!! We saw every square inch of what they had to offer, ate all of the grand food, spent every moment laughing, and my energy is back where it should be. Oh, and I got to see my man in action, defending me. I was openly disgusted with a booth that they have that is a "Hunt for Money" booth. If you do not know what that is, it is a company that hires hunters to go out and shoot trophy animals for other people to hang on their walls.....at "farms". Well, they were showing a video, and mind you I saw only about 10 seconds of it, of hunters slaughtering a lion. I am not sure, but the last time I checked, lions were an endangered species AND the her was not needing to be thinned out. So, I have to be escorted out because I am openly crying. We had to hold Dylan back so that he would not go in and kill the pieces of shit that would run such an operation. However, we got moving again, I got laughing again, and we ended the evening on a positive note.

Saturday I was up and shopping in the morning and then late afternoon the folks and I headed to the Fair again. Once more, a wonderful time seeing all of the exhibits, showing my parents the ladies that make lace, and just having a wonderful time. My folks had a great time, but we were there for almost 5 hours and it exhausted them. We came home and just crashed.

Today has been, once again, a very busy Sunday and have spent it with the folks. The entire house is clean, I have made potatoe corn ham chowder, and I just finished doing yardwork with the folks. I am now hiding downstairs as the Ward Teachers, the ones that really irritate me because they are just low life assholes, are upstairs with the folks. Hopefully they will be leaving soon so that I can go and feed the parents and then head back outside to do a little more yardwork!!!!
