Dear Diary Monday...

Mood....would be wonderful except for this pesky headache.

The weekend was terrific. Dylan and I spent the entire weekend being together and SHOPPING, which every one knows is my favorite hobby. We bought new plates, some new bedding, and just shopped. It was great to spend all of this time together with him starting a new shift....which we are both finding difficult to adjust to. However, we both are realizing that this change will make us appreciate the time we do have together even more.

Today I spent the day processing claims and running a couple of errands for my folks. My dad had an emergency dental appointment today because his tooth has apparently been hurting (and of course he has not said anything) and so he had to have it pulled and it is abscessed. I went and picked up his prescriptions and did a little bit of grocery shopping for them. All in all, it has been a very productive day and I would have entirely enjoyed it EXCEPT fot this headache, which I know is caused by the elevated pressure in the air.

Shane and I had an awesome talk last night and I am so very, very excited about his opportunity to try out for "Martha Stewart Apprentice." Personally, I think the show would be absolutely stupid NOT to bring him on, but we won't know for 10 days....DAMMIT!!! He sounded like he had a wonderful time and even had a chance to get in some relaxation. We also talked a bit more about the wedding and I think he and I have decided on a couple of changes....one of the big ones is me POSSIBLY wearing a wedding dress.....but we will see. Baby steps, very small and tiny baby steps......
