Good day, good weekend.....

Let's start with the weekend. I spent Saturday with Toni...getting the new "do" which I actually really like. I was worried Toni was going to make me look scary, but she had great ideas. Also love the new stylist, who had fantastic ideas and wasn't scared to work her magic! Then Toni and I went window shopping and got lunch. I then went to a hockey game with people from my work, Toni and Rob, and Dylan. Had a great time and didn't make too much of an ass out of myself. Then went to a party with Dylan afterwards. The rest of the night was kinda bad. I got home and my littlest dog was acting like she was dying...so I stayed up with her until about 4:45 am and then went to bed...only to get up a few hours later. Then I made a horrible attempt at being a nice girlfriend to Dylan and was a bitch the entire day. I did have a great time at "Harry Potter", loved the movie and was very impessed with how they stayed true to the book. I strongly suggest you see it EVEN if you haven't read the book.

The day today was a long day, but a good day. I am only going to be able to do my "research specialist" position today and tomorrow because I am going to have so many people off the phones Wednesday that I will have to be back to being a customer service representative on Wednesday. SOOOOO, I stayed an extra hour late trying to get stuff off my desk. Tomorrow is going to be a long day again, because I want to be able to come into work on Wednesday with nothing to do but answer phones.

Did I tell you that I was cooking Thanksgiving this year...again? I am actually somewhat looking forward to it because I am not sure how many people I will be having to dinner, so the surprise adds a bit of mystery to the day...and I am always up for a challenge. Plus, I will get to see my man that night, and that makes the day worth it. Am I sap or what? I guess it just makes me happy to see him sometime during the week because that happens soooooo rarely. And then, I get to look forward to another weekend......aaahhhhhhh! Actually, Friday is my shopping day (yes, I know I am a fool to go out with the millions of crazy people, but hey, I am one of those crazy people...) and Saturday I think I am putting up the Christmas decorations outside...woooohhhoooooooo!

Still, only 11 more months until Halloween.........
