Ugh, Sunday mornings.

Well, it is the day after Rocky Point and I can't begin to describe how much fun it was. The haunted house was much more scary than last year. They have some wonderful animated stuff, some wonderful costumes, and the artwork in one of the rooms is just amazing. But I guess what made the whole night is knowing that I have included two new people into my circle of friends. I have forgotten how much I enjoy meeting new people, the excitement of getting to know them, getting to know their quirkiness. Brian and Dana are wonderful and I hope to be spending lots and lots of time with them. If only I could break Brian of his need to hunt...........

And as always, the Netzlers were a hoot and I appreciated Rob and his stretchy shirt since I spent a great deal of time holding on to the back of it. And Jer-Bear and Michelle....what can I say about those two other than well, Michelle and I have decided to leave our men and start our own haunted house when we retire in Lousiana. That way Michelle will no longer have to have sex and I can be scared at my own creations every day of the week, bonus for both!!!

And a brief insight, I wonder why I have chosen to surround myself with "pseudo-friends"?

Another brief insight, I was happy when some people did not show to the haunted event. I knew that they wouldn't but it was a huge sigh of relief when they didn't. I know that sounds rude, but sometimes dealing with people who only want to be around you when they need something is very draining and this is not the time of year that I can handle any drain. My energy is being pulled in many directions, so emotional trauma right now is not acceptable. Oh, other than the screaming and crying at the haunted house.

Hell, what would we have done if Dylan hadn't pulled, carried, pushed me through that place, Toni? Do you think we would still be in the swamp with the Monster? Oh, and you will all die for the Freddy Krueger chant...thank you very FUCKING much!

Oh, and just as a sideliner...the little speech Mr. Monster made at the beginning, wasn't called for at all!!!!! Jeremy usually does a great job of letting each and every monster know mine and Michelle's name!!!!!!!!
