Dear Diary Sunday.....

To say that I was totally lazy today would have been an understatement! But, it felt good and I have no guilt about it.

This weekend was everything that I needed. Friday started off with Connie coming over bright and early to rescue one of the cats from the house I have been caring for. She got to see up close and personal, the hell that these animals have endured. To say that Connie was a real trooper would be mild. I had to escort her out of the house and quickly as possible due to the overwhelming feeling of evil and chaos AND the smell of death and decay. Thanks again to Connie for saving the life of on of those innocents. Then Dylan and I went out and saw "Gothika" which was a great ghost story with a twist. We then did a little Christmas looking and then had dinner, which in turn, caused me to be rushed home. Saturday, Dylan and I spent the entire day together, did Christmas shopping, looking around, went to Modern Display, and just enjoyed each other's company. We then rented "Old School" which was a HUGE disappointment. However, the fact that we spent soooo much time together and just enjoyed the company we shared reenergized my spirit and my energy. Oh, and he and I are already planning our romantic get away to Vegas. Not sure on the date yet, but it will be so nice for just he an I to spend some much needed time away where we can be alone, just the two of us.

Today, like I stated, was me being lazy. Already starting to look forward to getting the house decorated....I believe that will be sometime this week, I hope.
